We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. You can measure the internal diameter of an existing ring or use a string to measure the circumference of your finger and match it to our UK/US conversion chart.
How long does shipping take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. International shipping times vary by location, generally ranging from 5-10 working days depending on the selected courier and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return policy for most items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Yes, all Serge DeNimes products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or tarnishing due to improper care.
